Adidas Pokémon Megaride F50 "Rayquaza": a legendary dragon on a Y2K football-meets-running hybrid

To mark Pokémon's 30th anniversary in 2026, Adidas Originals built a collection of more than a dozen pairs, each one dedicated to a fan-favourite creature. Rayquaza, the legendary Dragon/Flying-type, lands on the Megaride F50, one of the boldest shapes in the current range. The idea behind this hybrid is simple: take the upper of the F50 Tunit, the mid-2000s football boot, and drop it onto the sole of the Megaride, a running icon from the same era. Two turn-of-the-millennium classics in a single trainer.

This pair, style code KI5325, comes in the official Green / Shock Yellow / Pure Ruby colourway. Textured overlays across the upper mimic the dragon's scales, while an oversized lace shroud carries the glowing yellow markings that run along Rayquaza's body. Hits of Pure Ruby add a sharp red contrast. Underneath sits the signature Megaride build, with open cushioning tunnels in the midsole originally designed to absorb impact, and a rubber outsole for everyday grip.

With a green this loud, the Megaride F50 "Rayquaza" is the statement piece of the fit.
